Demolition of shower,tub,wall,carpet and damaged floor from showerpan leak.We then rebuilt the floor,shower walls,new 24" closet wall,smaller white tub w/handicap access bar,new tile floor,comode,sink and paint.

The homeowner did not like the x-large whirlpool and did not like the pink color and they needed a towel closet so we removed everything,rebuilt with a shorter tub in mind,larger shower area and a 24"x42"deep towel closet

Black mold has reached 2sf outside the shower area due to poor installation when the home was built. We use a rubber liner and waterproof to ensure a watertight seal to your shower.
